Our Philosophy

Riverview Park Farms is a boutique dressage barn dedicated to developing horses from young horse up to Grand Prix level, through thoughtful, individualized programs.

Training with balance, patience, and purpose

We approach each horse individually to craft a bespoke program based on the training needs of each horse. Our foundation is the classical dressage training system into which we also incorporate substantial cross training exercises - indoor schooling, hacks, caveletti work, long lining, outdoor gallops, hill work just to mention a few cross training tools. Our goal is to prepare our horses both mentally and physically to give our horses to tools to perform at the highest level with confidence, strength and joy.

Each horse is given the time, care, and custom program it deserves, guided by respect, consistency, and true connection.

HOLISTIC CARE

Comfort, safety, and freedom of movement. Thoughtfully designed stalls, generous turnout, and routines that respect each horse’s natural rhythm.

Classical dressage with modern understanding of biomechanics and behavior. From young foundations to Grand Prix, every program is tailored to the horse.

Organic feed, turnout, conditioning, and supportive therapies such as acupuncture and massage. We train the whole horse—mind, body, and spirit.

6:30 AM Organic barley feed
7:00 AM Out to the paddock
10:00am Hot-Walker
10:30am Return to stall for a break before Grooming
11:00 Training (indoor schooling, hack, hill work - depending on program requirements
11:45 Shower and ice boots
12:15 - back in the stall for hay and to relax
2:00 p.m. Hot-Walker (15-20 minutes)
3:30 p.m. afternoon dinner/hay
7:00-7:30 night check/hay
